FIRST APPEARANCE: Solo Avengers#7 (June; 1988)

HISTORY: (bts). A week before the incident in Orly International Airport, a few members of the Bartovian Liberation Front was arrested by the French police

(SA#7): Hawkeye is about to leave to go home from his latest adventure, but when Sandman and Silver Sable take him to Orly International Airport, a terrorist organization called Bartovian Liberation Front takes over the airport. They want their fellow terrorist friends freed from prison, and won't hesitate to kill any of their hostages if they don't get their friends. Hawkeye "hires" Silver Sable and Sandman for a dollar to get their help to take the airport back. They succeed, and Hawkeye takes the airplane home. In the plane he discovers something in his pocket, a bill for one dollar given to him by Silver Sable, he laughs
