Powers/Abilities: Fooferah possesses vast superhuman speed. Traveling purely by physical locomotion, he is one of the fastest beings in the entire galaxy. His body and mind are adapted to enable him to travel at great speeds, although his top speed is undefined.
In addition, he uses a number of weapons to incapacitate other participants (ie. cheat). He uses a baton, and a stun drum. The stun drum can be thrown as a concussive weapon, and then returns to the hand that threw it. His goggles could fire energy blasts of an unknown nature. He likely had other, unseen weapons.
History: (Quasar#58) - Fooferah presumably qualified for the Galactic Marathon, a competition organized by the Elder known as the Runner, by winning a previous race, possibly as the fastest on his planet. During the marathon, he started out in last place, but used that position to take his competitors unawares, and take them out of the race. He took out Miximixum, Gzoom, and a wheelie, and then closed on the top three competitors, Makkari, the Runner himself, and Fastforward. He threw his stun drum to take out the thrid place racer, Makkari, but Fastforward took a backward glance and saw him. Fastforward sacrificed his position in the race to stop the drum from hitting Makkari, and dropped Fooferah with several punches.
Makkari won the race, but the entire race was declared to be invalid due to Fooferah's cheating. It is unknown what, if any, punishment he received.

If I had to choose a name, I'd place Fooferah in the Haasinfeppah race.
Fooferah claimed that if he did not win, his people would make stew out of him. Whether he was being literal or figurative is pure speculation.
Omar Karindu notes: "Though you probably found this too obvious to mention, Fooferah is an obvious satier of the Energizer Bunny advertising mascot (or perhaps of the Duracell Battery mascot that Energizer effectively ripped off for their more popular campaign). "
