Powers/Abilities: The Robin Hood Raider was skilled in the use of the bow and arrow, and could shoot a gun from an opponent's hand with his arrows.

History: (Kid Colt, Outlaw#139)- The Robin Hood Raider set out to the ranch of Ned Delman and forced him and his daughter Susan to turn over all of their money to him. As he slipped out through a window, he was attacked by Kid Colt, and the two scuffled. Ned tried to help Colt out, but accidentally struck him in the head instead of the Robin Hood Raider, and the Raider escaped on his horse.

Colt set out after the Raider and came to Gance's saloon in Rat's Roost. He found the Robin Hood Raider costume in Gance's room and threatened to turn him over to the sheriff, but Gance revealed to him that the entire town knew he was the Robin Hood Raider already, and were on his side. Colt narrowly escaped the townspeople with his life.

Colt returned to the Delman ranch and convinced Susan Delman to help him raid Rat's Roost, and she joined him with two ranchmen. As they laid siege to the saloon, Susan snuck around back to break in, but was apprehended by the Robin Hood Raider. The Raider attempted to use her as a shield, but was quickly knocked down by Kid Colt. Colt then donned his costume so that he and Susan could escape the town safely, with Gance tied up in the back of a wagon. Susan turned Gance over to the nearest authorities.
