History: Khalid's past history is unrevealed.

(Marvel Graphic Novel: Dr. Strange and Dr. Doom: Triumph and Torment) - Khalidwas one of the sorcerers of Earth summoned to the Temple of the Three in the Javan Rainforest by the Aged Genghis to participate in the centennial contest to decide the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth. When another mentioned that Strange was thought by many to already be the Sorcerer Supreme, Khalid commented that had yet to be proven. As Dr. Doom arrived, Khalid denounced him as undeserving of the honor of the contest, as he was a man of science. After St. Thomas fell before the magic of the Vishanti, Khalid encouraged two others to combine their powers, but they failed as well. Like most, his body was then used by the Vishanti against the others. He regained her mind at the contest's conclusion, when Dr. Strange became the victor.

(Maximum Security#3) - Inshallah--alongside Dakimh the Enchanter, Agatha Harkness, Margali of the Winding Way, Mechamage, Jules Saint Thomas, and the Scarlet Witch--was one of the sorcerers gathered to try to banish Ego from Earth.

Jean-Marc Lofficier: While I was scanning a picture of Rama Kaliph from Strange Tales I #136, just on the page before, I found one panel of a unnamed mystic that looks to me like he could be Khalid Inshallah. Or not of course.
