Powers/Abilities: Excellent investigator, clever, initiative

History: (Daredevil II#20) - Introduces to her new employer Matt Murdock, tells him that she admires him, thinks he's a true hero, not like her former employer Congressman Barnes, who has no ethics. Later, Elaine comes through the door, without knocking, telling them that Jonathan Powers is to be released from prison today, only to learn that they already know. Later shows them that she is very initiative, when she has fixed a new laundry service and a new grocery delivery.

(Daredevil II#21) - Tells Matt that she thinks that putting a trial against Daredevil is brave, and tells him that she will help anyway she can. Matt tells her that at the firm they like initiative. The next day, appears on TV, saying that she is waiting with legal documents for Daredevil, and hopes that he will come himself to pick up the documents. Unable to serve the papers to Daredevil by conventional means, Elaine hired Jonathon Powers, the Jester, to pretend to commit a crime. When Daredevil attempted to arrest the Jester, Powers served Daredevil with the legal documents.

(Daredevil II#22) - Elaine comes through the door at Nelson & Murdock telling them that Griggs is on the tv making public statements.

(Daredevil II#23) - Later at Nelson & Murdock, Elaine comes to tell Foggy and Matt that she has found out that Griggs has a lover, and that cell phone bills indicate that he was at her place the time of the alleged attack which destroyed Grigg' greenhouse.

(Daredevil II#24) - Elaine is showing Foggy and Matt the videotape of Daredevil threatening Matador and Samuel Griggs. Later, while having dinner with Foggy, Griggs and Matt, Matt is beeped by Dr. Quaid.

(Daredevil II#25) - Matt Murdock and Elaine Kendricks come through the door. They shows the court a tape of Daredevil, taken at the same time as Daredevil is in court, so this clearly indicate that there is more than one Daredevil
