Powers: Kingsize is...well, king-sized, being permanently and approximately 10-12 feet in height. By touching the jewel on his brow, he can apparently transform into any animal form (which is king-sized as well). He does not need to touch it to transform back into human form, and he transforms back to human shape when knocked unconscious; a hit of sufficient force to the jewel (such as Wasp's sting at full blast) can knock him unconscious. Past animal transformations include a bull, a frog, a king (of course!)-cobra, a bee, and a tarantula. He is bulletproof, and he sustained several full-blast Wasp-stings, seeming more upset than injured, although they did cause him harm. In addition to partial invulnerability, he probably had superhuman strength, as well (allowing him to lift at least one ton).
   Skrull organs transplanted into his body by the Corporation allowed him to shapeshift into more human forms.

Limitation: If truly Inhuman, he should have a weakened immune system due to man-made pollutants.

History: (Marvel Super-Heroes III#3/2) - Kingsize attacked the Wasp as she was modeling her own fashion-wear in a mall, claiming he was a champion of a long-forgotten giant race clearing the way for a future invasion. He chose the Wasp as a target since she was a tiny champion for humanity. The battle moved throughout the mall, winding up in a shop where the bounty hunter/mercenary Dakota North was shopping for clothes. North provided a brief distraction for the Wasp by firing her gun at Kingsize, who shrugged off the slugs and knocked out North. The conflict continued through the mall with no apparent end in sight, so the Wasp, in near desperation, fired a sting-blast at the jewel on Kingsize's forehead, first staggering him, but ultimately felling him. Before he lost consciousness, he said that he was an Inhuman giant. In the end, his unconscious form was loaded onto an ambulance (or at least they were trying; they must have brought out their "Inhuman giant-fitting" model).

(Heroes for Hire II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Kingsize got Skrull organs implanted by the Corporation.

(Heroes for Hire II#3) - The scientist Simon introduced Veil to Kingsize and the other successfull experiments. A short time later Ferocia, Blue Streak, Flame and Kingsize broke out Ricadonna from Sing Sing.

(Heroes for Hire II#4) - Kingsize and his current allies waited in the Corporation's HQ on Hart Island and trained his shapeshifting abilities. They were watched by Humbug through a fly. Ricadonna entered the room and told Kignsize and the others that they would finish their job now.

(Heroes for Hire II#5) - During the Heroes for Hire's attack on the Corporation's Hart Island facility Kingsize attacked Orka and was knocked out by him. Later he was carried by Orka into an escape tunnel beneath the facility before everything exploded.

At the end of the story, the Wasp made a call to the Fantastic Four to ensure that Kingsize was properly taken care of if he was truly a member of an unknown, giant branch of the Inhumans instead of being hauled off to prison.

No follow-up is known about, so the message never got to the FF or the results of the FF's investigation has never seen print in the comics. Due to his insistence and persistence, he may have been a member of an Inhuman giant race, but he may have been a clever actor providing a distraction for another nearby crime, or he could have been a deranged altered human or mutant.

Inhuman giants could explain some of the established, worldwide folklore about giants in the Marvel Universe.

The nature of the jewel on his brow is never discussed. It could be related to other power gems used by the Guardians of the Galaxy mentioned in the Thunderbolts (see the Lifestone Tree).

Reminiscent of the Biblical tale of David and Goliath: allegorical element or cliché, the choice is yours.
