Powers/Abilities: Russell had no super powers, but was extremely rich - a black carder, to be exact - who could escape any crime he could commit through his wealth. He was also quite obese.
History: (Punisher 2099#19-fb) As an executive at Stark-Fujikawa, Langen Russell marketed an anti-depressant for women named Femsmile. Passing it through without the proper testing, Femsmile sold well, but ended up causing several hundred women to go insane from it's side effects.
(Punisher 2099#19) While on his way to a restaurant, Russell was confronted by Vendetta, a woman who thought of herself as the female (new and improved) Punisher 2099, who blamed him for the failure of Femsmile. Langen yelled that he left his trial a free man, but Vendetta reminded him he only escaped because of his black card. As Vendetta pointed her gun at Russell, the Public Eye, 2099's rent-a-cops, who Russell had a subscription to, arrived. Vendetta didn't even blink as she shot Russell and the two Public Eye agents who arrived. She then gloated over Russell's body, as he slowly died.
