Powers/Abilities: Rust possessed the mutant ability to cause metal to quickly rust, allowing him to corrode most metallic substances.

History: (Captain America I#350)- Rust was assembled by the Red Skull at his Smith Building in Washington alongside a rogue Scourge, a Watchdog, an ULTIMATUM agent, and a member of the Sweat Shop in order to confront the new Captain America (John Walker). Rust joined the others in battling Walker, using his powers to corrode a chair he had been using as a makeshift shield, but Walker hurled the chair at the Watchdog. Rust was apparently slain by Walker during their battle.
