History: (Amazing Spider-Man I #386 (fb)) - Bonita Sanchez developed a "juvenator mechanism" that could transfer life energy from one source to another and thereby reverse the aging process
(Amazing Spider-Man I #386) - Peter Parker came to see Dr. Sanchez about his aunt, who he suspected may have Alzheimer's disease. She said that she could not rule out Alzheimer's as a possibility and requested that his aunt come to see her so she could run tests. Before Peter left, Dr. Sanchez showed him the Juvenator machine. Almost immediately after Peter left, the Vulture broke into Dr. Sanchez' lab and seized the juvenator machine. As he prepared to test it on Dr. Sanchez, Spider-Man burst in and a fight ensued between the Vulture and Spider-Man. The Vulture threw Spider-Man into some abandoned buildings and rushed back to Sanchez' lab, knocked out the guards, and prepared to drain Dr. Sanchez' youth into himself when Spider-Man burst in again and saved her.
(Amazing Spider-Man I #387) - However, the Vulture then drained Spider-Man's youth instead. Dr. Sanchez tried to help Spider-Man, but he fled from the scene.
Later, Spider-Man rushed back to Dr. Sanchez because he deducted that the Vulture would be after her again to steal the Juvenator. Spider-Man entered Dr. Sanchez' lab to find that the Chameleon, who had been masquerading as her janitor, had transformed into a look alike of Dr. Sanchez and had her held hostage. He pushed her out the window to buy himself time to escape, and Spider-Man saved her with his webs.
