History: (Punisher 2099#3) Confronted by a regular, Saucers sold her enough Blue Sky that she'd never have to come back to the real world, and it only cost her the deed to her parents' apartment. As he waited for the next customer, the Punisher arrived, and cracked him over the skull with his power bat. Dragged into the Punisher's black ambulance, Saucers was hooked into a Death Support System, where the Punisher took 20 years off of his life.
The Punisher then showed Saucers to his new home for the next 20 years, the Punishment Hotel, a jail, something Saucers hadn't even heard of. Meanwhile, the girl that Saucers had sold Blue Sky to earlier took a nosedive off the New Jersey Overpass, killing herself. Returning to his prison, the Punisher upped his sentence on Saucers from 20 years to death. Set in a molecular disintegrator, Saucers told the Punisher that he didn't care, and that the death would be instantaneous anyway. The Punisher then corrected him, explaining how the disintegrator tears you apart, nerve ending by nerve ending, cell by cell, molecule by molecule, making it feel like it lasts eternity.
