SHOCK TROOP

Membership: Blazing Skull, Dr. Druid, Living Mummy, Shadowoman

Purpose: To aid Dr. Druid in facing supernatural menaces

Affiliations: Quasar

Enemies: Dark Anti-Body, Neutron, Presence

Base of Operations: Mobile

First Appearance: Quasar#45 (April, 1993)

History: (Secret Defenders#15 (fb) - BTS) - The Shock Troop were originally gathered by Dr. Druid by mesmerizing them into serving him.

(Quasar#45-46) - The Shock Troop aided Quasar as he fought Neutron, the Presence, and an Anti-Body from the New Universe which had been corrupted by the darkforce of Quagmire. Dr. Druid had Shadowoman cast her form over one of the Anti-Bodies, opening a portal to the Darkforce Dimension, into which most of the Anti-Bodies were cast. The remaining Anti-Bodies were then devoured by Glom of the Imperial Guard. Quasar thanked Dr. Druid for his help, noting that the Avengers must have been wrong about him, but Druid replied that he no longer followed their path, but to contact him should he need help against the supernatural.

(Quasar#50) - The Shock Troop were among the many heroes gathered by Dr. Strange to face the threat posed by Erishkigel at the Nexus of All Realities, but by the time they had been assembled, Quasar had already defeated Erishkigel.
