Powers/Abilities: Roky was one of the best brokers in the world, but slightly eccentric, he began using a large knife to kill bums in the streets of New York City.
    He used the large and powerful Sijo to stun victims so he could then slash away at will. Sijo took pictures of him doing so.

History: (Punisher II#8 (fb, BTS))- At the age of 26, Roky acquired his seat on the New York Stock Exchange. While serving with Arnold Ansen in the Billionaire Boys' Club and using insider trading to make a fortune on other companies, he also assumed the identity of the Slasher, and slew 4 homeless men on the streets of New York City.

(Punisher II#8) - Vance accompanied Sijo at the New York Stock Exchange while being watched by the Punisher. Roky left with Sijo, driving to Warrick county, Connecticut. He was followed by the Punisher and Microchip, Jr. He arrived at Microcorp, a subsidiary of Praxdorf, to meet with Arnold Hansen and Mr. Takegura about their plans to buy up stock in Intel Intl. Afterwards, Roky returned to New York City. A short time later, the 6th victim of the Slasher was found.

The next day Vance met at Praxdorf headquaters with Takegura and Hansen. Before leaving again Roky used some drugs to get himself high, and he left the room alongside Sijo. That night Roky and Sijo captured Quentin O'Toole and stabbed him to death, making him the 8th victim of the Slasher. Unknown to Vance, O'Toole scrawled his name with his own blood, revealing his identity to the Punisher, who found O'Toole's body.

(Punisher II#9)- At the house in Connecticut, Takegura called and asked for Roky, wanting to meet with him. Kiyami and Sijo went with him. They met with Takegura, and Roky learnt that the Punisher had taken Takegura, and wanted to exchange him for Roky. Suddenly a ninja appeared and began to fight the Punisher. Roky realized that the ninja was Sijo and thought himself safe, until Sijo used his katana to kill him, having been employed by Takegura Ltd. to eliminate him.
