Powers: Ginny possessed telepathy and precognition. She could reach minds halfway across the world, paralyze others with a thought, and even mentally kill others, even strong telepaths. She used her powers to appear in an idealized adult form.
History: Ginny is a mutant whose powers surfaced when she was less than ten years old. She was abducted by the extra-dimensional telepath named Steven Tuval, who brought her to Dovecote. The scientists there placed the young girl inside of a life-support coffin, where her powers were developed to the fullest. Tuval used his powers to control her, making her use her own powers to serve the commercial ends of himself and the men of Dovecote (control of the world).
However, Snowfall's training put a drain on Tuval's powers. Snowfall rebelled against her, forcing her to kill several SHIELD ESPer agents, and give the telepath Mentallo a nearly fatal cerebral hemorrhage. This drew the attention of Nick Fury, the head of SHIELD, who called in Captain America. SHIELD's investigation had uncovered nothing except for the fact that each of the citims had a blank metal slug on the person when they were attacked. Snowfall had used these disks as a focus for her mind, and when Captain America touched one of the disks, she managed to contact him as well. She explained her plight and location before the contact was broken.
Fury gave Cap the location of Dovecote, and he climbed the mountainside to get to her fighting off the various defenses of the safehouse in the process, receiving what help snowfall could provide along the way. When Cap defeated Tuval's illusions and broke into the main chamber, Tuval faded away, fleeing to unknown parts. Cap broke Snowfall out of the sarcophagus and carried her out of Dovecote just before the whole place exploded. Snowfall thanked him, and then revealed that her powers of precognition let her know that others would try to use her for their ends as well. Fearing her powers could affect the future of the whole planet, she temporarily froze Cap until she could disappear into the snowstorm, apparently walking off the edge of a cliff.
