Powers: None; Surge wears an armored battlesuit with weapons and cables capable of generating a force field capable of protecting him from harm and the powers of others such as the Grey Gargoyle's power to turn things to stone. It also augments his strength toward the level of Dragon Man (Class 50) and has a link to teleportation devices in his starship.
History: Surge is an extra-terrestrial of unknown origin who hunts down and kills savage, uncontrollable lizards most like the ancient dragons of Earth. Possibly driven by the sport and challenge, he often severs and takes the heads of his conquests as his trophies. When his ship ran aground Dragon Man on Earth, he attempted to slay him, but ran afoul of the Grey Gargoyle and the She-Hulk. Not interested in the Gargoyle, he put him out of commission, but before he could kill Dragon Man, the She-Hulk talked him out of it.
