Powers: Aesklos was a form of succubus, requiring the souls or life energy of others to survive. While she could steal the soul of a victim directly, she preferred (or was forced) to remain within her own realm, and send her servant Aesklos to Earth to obtain the life energy for her. She absorbed the life energy from him. She aged extremely rapidly and had an almost constant need for fresh life energy to maintain her youth. She had a symbionic relationship with Aesklos and would die if he died. She could command him, although her commands could be overwhelmed by strong instincts. Surisha used a sword as well, although its nature and abilities were not demonstrated.

History: Unrevealed. Aesklos was first observed in the modern era by the were-woman Tigra, who had observed Aesklos consume the soul of a human, and followed him through a portal into her realm. After Aesklos gave the life energy of his latest victim to Surisha, she sent him back to Earth,to find another victim. While Aesklos was feeding on the soul of Louis Edwards, Tigra attacked Surisha. Surisha attempted to siphon the sould of Tigra, but Tigra was strong enough to fight her off. Surisha then drew her sword and attacked Tigra. However, when Tigra avoided her sword thrust and raked her face with her claws, Surisha summoned Aesklos back to her realm to defend her. However, when Aesklos sensed Surisha's fear, he was overcome by a predatory need to attack her, and he consumed her soul, killing her. With Surisha dead, Aesklos, due to their symbionic linkage, collapsed into dust.
