Powers/Abilities: Tam has no superhuman abilities, but is a quite good hand-to-hand combatant skilled enough to go one on one with Wolverine. She also used weapons in combat such as an energy club that can be set to stun or kill and guns. She is also a good marksman.
History: Little is known of the past history of Tam, accept for the fact that she at some point became a Genoshan Magistrate, and upon meeting Havok, who thought that he was Genoshan at the time, the two began a romantic relationship.
(X-Men Vol. 1 #270) - Tam was one of the Genoshan Magistrates who kidnapped several mutants from Xavier's School, including Storm, Boom Boom, Warlock, Wolfsbane, and Rictor, and teleported them all back to Genosha.
(X-Men Vol. 1 #271) - Tam was one of four Magistrates who were pursuing Boom Boom and Rictor. But before they could apprehend them, the magistrates were attacked by Jubilee, Psylocke, and Wolverine. Tam stunned Wolverine, but she was then knocked out by Psylocke's psychic knife. Wolverine and Psylocke then took the magistrates' costumes, with Psylocke taking Tam's. Later, Havok came looking for Tam, and freaked when he saw Psylocke in her uniform.

I had to read the saga more than once to realize that Tam and Chief Magistrate Anderson were two different people due to some artistic flaws which drew Magistrate Anderson's hair as white, a similar face design, and her fighting style against Wolverine.
