History: (bts) - Ubiquitor was a member of an ancient race that called itself the Absolutes. Eventually they became so evolved that most of them ventured into higher planes of existence. Ubiquitor liked the whole dimension/universe smashing thing so much, she decided to stick around.
(bts-Galactic Guardians#1-2) - Ubiquitor sent her emissaries, Ganglia, Hazmat, Savant and Silverback, to destroy the Galactic Guardians one at a time.
(Galactic Guardians#3) - Her plan proving unsuccessful, Ubiquitor regrouped with the mercenaries, and made her presence known in the Galactic Guardians' base on the planet Klatuu.
(Galactic Guardians#4) - Sending her minions to attack the Guardians, Ubiquitor teleported herself and Giraud, the Phoenix of that timeline, far away. She asked for him to become one with her, as together they could become truely Absolute. With a showing of his powers, Giraud turned her down, and they began to battle. Ubiquitor was overpowering the Phoenix, when Woden, Thor's son, came into the battle. Combining Mjolnir and the power of the Phoenix, they were able to destroy Ubiquitor, ending her threat.

Many things about Ubiquitor could lead you to believe that she is somehow linked to either Galactus and the Sentinels. The males of her race bearing a slight resemblance to the Celestials, and her ability to increase to great sizes are just the superficial. The Absolutes were said to be around trillions of years before our system was created. This could possibly reach beyond the creation of our universe. Their desire to build as well as destroy also is reminiscent of the Celestials, who have both a host to build and destroy. Her use of emissaries taken from the planets/galaxies/dimensions she had destroyed also is similar to tactics Galactus and the Celestials have used in the past (Though both of them seem to spare the planets when shown their shining examples)
This could lead you (and has led me) to speculate at least 4 things...
Which of these is right? Any of them? Considering about 13 people bought the Galactic Guardians LS, and fewer remember it, along with Marvel's amnesia over the Guardians of the Galaxy timeline, it probably doesn't matter.
So an omnipotent, omnipresent being who walks between dimensions like we walk to the fridge and MAY share a history with the Celestials died after a simple battle like that? If there was ever any interest, it wouldn't be a huge leap to bring her back.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Ubiquitor has no known connection to:
The Absolutes are a group
of ancient, omnipresent beings. They were known to often create and/or destroy
galaxies at their desire. They could also pass through dimensions without
any trouble. Many of them have moved on to a higher plane of existence, although,
as evident by Ubiquitor's presence in Earth-Guardians, some stayed behind.
