History: (Avengers 1999 Annual) - As a member of ULTIMATUM, Ultimator took Carnellian Prime Minister Maurus Vasilyev hostage in order to prevent him from signing a treaty that would generate peace between Carnelia and their long-time enemy Trebekistan. He was promptly defeated by the Avengers.
