Powers/Abilities: She possesses vast, superhuman speed. Traveling purely by physical locomotion, she is one of the fastest beings in the entire galaxy. Her body and mind are adapted to travel at great speeds, although her top speed is undefined. Any other abilities are unrevealed.
History: (Quasar#58) - It is unclear whether she is part of an entire race that evolved to travel on a wheel, or whether she is some of cyborg (which you would think who disqualify her from the race, so I'll go with the former). She presumably qualified for the Galactic Marathon, a competition organized by the Elder known as the Runner, by winning a race, possibly as the fastest on her planet. During the marathon, started out in fourth place, but was then assaulted from behind by Fooferah using a baton to jam up her spokes and knock her down, which cost her her position in the race.
However, Fooferah's cheating was discovered by the judges of the marathon, and the entire race was declared invalid. It is unknown if she participated in another race, and if so how he performed.

She was referred to by Fooferah as "a wheelie." It is uncertain if this is an actual name of a race, or more likely a derogatory term for any being (or her race) which uses wheel(s) for locomotion.
Fooferah could not believe that they let a "wheelie" into the race. This method of travel gives her a distinct advantage over other racers who ran, due to the mechanical advantage offered by the spoke and wheel. Then again, who cares
