Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Black-Hole Reactor acted as a power source by housing an artificially-generated black hole within its containment flask.

History:
(Avengers VIII#1 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, the energy research facility Project: PEGASUS designed an artificial Black-Hole Reactor as an alternative energy source.

(Avengers VIII#1) - After Terminus attacked Project: PEGASUS in hopes of acquiring the Black-Hole Reactor for himself in preparation for some sort of unidentified convergence, the Avengers intercepted. During the battle, the Black-Hole Reactor's containment flask was damaged and by the time Avengers Black Panther and Captain America (Sam Wilson) ventured inside Project: PEGASUS, they realized the Reactor would soon release a black hole upon the world. Black Panther quickly communicated back to the Avengers leader Captain Marvel to update her on the Black-Hole Reactor and suggested they begin evacuating the state. Scarlet Witch revealed that she could contain the black hole unleashed by the Reactor with her magic and once Captain Marvel got the damaged Reactor outside Project: PEGASUS' electromagnetic field, Scarlet Witch cast a spell to contain the black hole just as the Reactor exploded, unleashing the artificial black hole. Scarlet Witch successfully contained the exploding Black-Hole Reactor but Captain Marvel was shunted outside of time by her proximity to the explosion.
