History:
(Iceman I#1 (fb) - BTS) - When her sister-in-law Madeline had given birth to a baby boy, Anne thought that baby Bobby Drake had the cutest little tush.
(Iceman III#11 - BTS) - Anne gifted William and Madeline a vase which young Bobby accidentally knocked over while eavesdropping on his parents.
(Iceman I#1) - Years later, Anne and her children, Mary and Joel, attended her brother's retirement party at their Long Island home. Seeing Bobby Drake all grown up, Anne and another woman immediately went op to him, affectionately calling him "Bobbalah" pinching his cheeks. But just as Anne was to relay her thoughts on his time as a baby he was pulled away by Mary. Sometime later that night, Anne and other family members witnessed a superhuman battle next door as Iceman was attacked by two of Oblivion's agents, Idiot and White Light which lead to the destruction of the next-door house. Anne watches as Iceman was taken into police custody by officer Ralph Ratchit.
(Iceman III#1 - BTS) - Learning her brother had a heart attack scare, Anne urged William and Madeline to hurry to New York's Presbyterian Hospital instead of their regular hospital.

Anne wasn't specifically called by her name in both Iceman III#1 (June, 2017) and Iceman III#11 (March, 2018) but was mentioned as William's sister. Since no other siblings of William have ever been established it's safe to assume this is Anne Drake.
Were unable to determine Anne's eye color since they were obstructed by her glasses in the few panels she was seen.
