History:
(Marvel Funko Presents Bait 'n Switch animated short (fb) - BTS) - One day, Groot was abducted by the cosmic Collector and Rocket Raccoon went to rescue his friend.

(Marvel Funko Presents Bait 'n Switch animated short) - Rocket snuck into the Collector's museum and found the display case where Groot was kept but was interrupted by the Collector before he could release Groot. Chased into a corner, Rocket took out a Jack-in-the-Box toy and threw into the air. Mistakenly thinking the toy was a valuable artifact, the Collector became distracted, allowing Rocket to escape, return to the display case and rescue Groot.

(Marvel Funko Presents Avengers: Endgame animated short) - While the Titan Thanos was changing his armor, Rocket snuck up to Thanos' throne and swiped Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet. When Thanos returned to find the Gauntlet missing, he looked around and spotted Rocket, who waved. Thanos angrily charged at Rocket, who used the Infinity Gauntlet to create a teleportational portal that he stepped into moments before Thanos could connect. Emerging near Thanos throne, Rocket laughed at Thanos falling to the ground before entrapping Thanos in a bubble and launching him into the air. As the bubble hit the ceiling, Rocket destroyed the bubble, causing Thanos to fall and hit the ground. Laughing, Rocket next levitated Thanos up into the air and dropped him several times until he stumbled and fell down the stairs to Thanos' throne, accidentally flinging the Gauntlet into the air. When the Gauntlet landed onto Thanos' hand, Thanos turned towards Rocket, who gulped.

This reality's Rocket is based on the real life Pop! figure series made by Funko. Unfortunately, none of the actual figures have any flavor text on the packaging to give any additional backstory to this version of Rocket. As such, we cannot take the figures themselves into account for this character's history, as they contain no actual story elements to add. If we're looking at the figures released, one might presume that Rocket was a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy team and that he was an ally of Lylla and perhaps the Capcom video game character Mega Man, but he was not seen interacting with them in the actual stories he appears in. --Proto-Man

Funko Pop! is the most famous figure line of the Funko company, consisting of tiny, "super-deformed"-style collectible figures made in the form of characters from pop culture (hence the "Pop!" name). The Pop! series is divided into several sub-series, each with its own numbering, one of which is entirely based on Marvel properties. The Funko Pop! Marvel sub-series first released in 2011 and has more than 500 figures. Rocket Raccoon figurines have been included in many Funko Pop! collector lines. All Rocket products are listed below:

Funko Pop! Games is a sub-series of the main Funko Pop! line based on characters of various video game franchises. Within it, several Marvel sets were released, which consisted of two figures. Notably, they were not included in the overall Funko Pop! numbering system. In 2017, two sets featuring Rocket and Mega Man, based on their Earth-30847 Marvel vs. Capcom video game series counterparts, were released. In the same year, a Rocket figure (alongside Lylla) was included in one of the sets, inspired by the Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series video game.
--Additionally, there was a Rocket & Groot 2-Pack set based on the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 movie. --Proto-Man

Similarly, Pocket Pop! Keychain is a Funko series consisting of...keychains! It can't be true but it is! The keychains have the same look as the Pop! figures and it is worth noting that the line does not have numbering. In total, three Rocket keychains were released, all based on Rocket's Earth-199999 counterpart. The first one is inspired by the 2014 Guardians of the Galaxy movie, the second on 2017's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 movie and the third on 2019's Avengers: Endgame movie.

Since most of Rocket's figures in the Funko Pop series are based on his Earth-199999 counterpart, it is likely that this version's full name is 89P13.

No origin has been given for this reality's Rocket so we can only assume he's originally from Halfworld. --Proto-Man
