(X Lives of Wolverine I#2 - BTS) - At an unrevealed point in the past another branch of the Hellfire Club was opened in Moscow.
(X Lives of Wolverine I#2 - BTS) - At an unrevealed point in the past Maxim Ivanov became the head of the Moscow Hellfire Club. It's been unrevealed if he was Moscow's Black King.

The Hellfire Club has multiple branches around the world, each featuring two courts within. These branches are governed by an Inner Circle or Lords Cardinal, all of whom are overseen by the Lord Imperial, responsible for managing all branches. Within each branch, the hierarchy of chess pieces maintains its structure, with variations in color. For instance, the London and Hong Kong Branches have a Black and Red Court, while the New York Branch adheres to the standard Black and White Court.
The different branches are as followed: London, New York, Paris, Philadelphia, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Although Mikhail Rasputin only appeared in the Moscow Bathhouse to recruit Omega Red its not unlikely that he himself would've been a member of the Hellfire Club. Such an important Russian figure and powerful mutant would've been an welcome addition for its Inner Circle
