Powers/Abilities: Inspired by one of the most evil men in history the Hitler Twins sported matching snot brake moustaches and used the Schutzstaffel insignia on their turtlenecks. They were skilled motorcyclists on their superiorly designed German motorbikes (probably something by popular World War II producers BMW or Zündapp). They were armed with rocket launchers (that clearly looked far too modern to be original German designs from the World War II era). They spoke with a thick German accent.
History:
(Shang-Chi: Master of Kung Fu II#1/1 (fb) - BTS) - The Hitler Twins had participated before in the Summer Solstice Burnout race, which was organized and run by the Black Santas of the Damnation Army.
The Hitler Twins and the other participants of the race hired Deadpool to take out Shang-Chi after he had won the race three years in a row.
On their way to the race one of the Hitler Twins was punched in the face, which resulted in a black eye. According to him it was a mere slip of the tongue at the airport directed at a well-endowed woman selling tickets when he wanted to ask for a "Ticket to Pittsburgh" only to instead ask for a "Picket to Ti.." (you know the rest).
(Shang-Chi: Master of Kung Fu II#1/1) - The Hitler Twins arrived in the Chihuahuan Desert and were looking for revenge on Shang-Chi. At the starting line Deadpool asked one of the twins why he had a black eye and he told him the story.
A short time into the race the Hitler Twins tried to take out Shang-Chi on their own by illegally using rocket launchers against him. Their rockets missed and Shang-Chi used his martial arts skills to get the Hitler Twins off their bikes, which meant they were eliminated from the race. Deadpool ran over the twins shortly after, presumably killing them.

Though it seems very unlikely there is the very slight possibility that the Hitler Twins were actual Hitler clones created by Arnim Zola instead of just being two Neo-Nazi doofuses from Pittsburgh.
