weapons and energy blasters.

History:
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#1 (fb) - BTS) - On Jubilation Lee's sixth
birthday Apocalypse attacked North America with atomic bombs.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#1
(fb) - BTS) - On her twelfth birthday, Jubilee learned she was a
mutant when she found herself able to shoot fireworks out of her
fingertips.
(Gambit
& The X-Ternals I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Jubilee met and befriended
fellow young mutant Everett Thomas who died an untimely death in
Apocalypse's North America.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#1 (fb) - BTS) - Faced with
the choice of joining Apocalypse's forces and opposing his reign,
Jubilee decided to join the former X-Man Gambit who offered her a
spot on his own team. As part of the X-Ternals she lived on the
outside and over the edge, robbing from the rich and giving it to
the poor. Jubilee and the others aided the suffering human
population like a band of modern homo superior Robin Hoods.
(Gambit
& The X-Ternals I# (fb) - BTS) - Jubilee and the X-Ternals
took up residence in the extensive network of sewer tunnels
underneath Manhattan that were once occupied by the Morlocks.
They used the tunnels to covertly carry out their missions:
stealing relief supplies, blowing up bridges and being a
persistent thorn in Apocalypse's side.
(Gambit &
The X-Ternals I#1 - BTS) - The X-Ternals' activities were
closely monitored by the Madri. Eventually mudir Rictor
managed to place a mole on the team: Guido Carossela.
(Age of
Apocalypse: The Chosen I#1 - BTS) - Apocalypse
thought so little of Jubilee and her fellow
X-Ternals that he deemed them "more irritating
than dangerous" and barely worth his attentions.
As a result, he labelled the group as
"forgotten" in his personal files, with the
notable exception of their ally, the latent,
long distance teleporter Lila Cheney.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#1) - While on a
mission to steal medical supplies, Jubilee and the X-Ternals
were chased by Infinites. She failed to use the full measure
of her powers against the gene-spliced troops, but mouthed
off to her teammates who tried to call her out for this. The
team went to meet their human liaison Lila Cheney who
accompanied them to their sewer lair. There, much to
Jubilee's surprise, they found Gambit and Magneto waiting
for them. The X-Men's leader took them on a mission to raid
one of Apocalypse's subterranean storage facilities.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#1 -
BTS) - Mudir Rictor, the Madri and the Infinites were
tracing the team using the tracking device he had placed
on Guido.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#1) - Jubilee
helped break into the facility and then learned the true
reason for their mission: the X-Ternals were to travel to
the Shi'ar galaxy to steal a piece of the M'Kraan crystal as
part of Magneto's larger plan. Jubilee was stunned to learn
Lila Cheney was a latent mutant, capable of teleporting
across countless light years. Before they could depart,
Rictor and the Madri attacked, forcing Jubilee to use her
powers to detonate the priests' garb on a molecular level.
Magneto held off the arriving Infinites while ordering
Gambit and his team to teleport away. Jubilee did not like
the idea, but Gambit made sure they all went through
together, including Rictor who sneaked through Lila's
teleportation gateway at the last possible moment.
(Gambit & The
X-Ternals I#2) - Lila's gateway led the X-Ternals and
Rictor to the Shi'ar world Ch'reesharaa where they
immediately encountered the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. Their
leader Gladiator ordered their surrender, but only
Rictor complied. Gambit ordered Jubilee and the others
to make a run for it instead. Jubilee was almost fried
by Starbolt's plasma attacks, but she was saved by
Sunspot who beat the Guardsman. Strong Guy managed to
buy his teammates some time when he absorbed Gladiator's
attack, thereby knocked the Imperial Guard's leader into
orbit.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#2 - BTS) - The team hacked
their way through the jungles of Ch'reesharaa unaware
they were dealing with sentient plantlife that did not
take kindly to the unintended mutilation. The plants
took their attackers captive. As a result, the Imperial
Guard's B'Nee and C'Cil could no longer find them.
(Gambit
& The X-Ternals I#2) - All of Ch'reesharaa
momentarily experienced the Nexus Expansion, the utter
eradication of all reality caused by an increasing
imbalance in the M'Kraan Crystal.
(Gambit
& The X-Ternals I#2) - When Jubilee and the others
woke up, they found themselves restrained by the
plants' thick, green vines. They were confronted by
the Shi'ar/Mephistoid hybrid Jonath who told them
about the Nexus Expansion and its threat to all of
existence. After determining they were friendly enough
to release, Jonath explained to the disbelieving
Jubilee that the planet had somehow called out to
Gambit and his team for aid. Jonath told Gambit that
in order to save the planet and their entire reality,
they had to witness the end of all that is to prevent
it from happening again. Jubilee flipped out when she
heard this: they were only supposed to steal a rock.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#2) - Jubilee did not have long to argue: Mudir Rictor had led the Imperial Guard to them. However, seconds into the fight another Nexus Expansion occurred, signalling the impending death of the planet. When Lila Cheney could not teleport them away in time, all hope seemed lost. Then, the team found themselves transported aboard the Starjammer where Deathbird and her crew were waiting for them. The spaceship sped away from Ch'reesharaa which was already falling victim to the M'Kraan crystallization wave. According to Deathbird, the M'Kraan wanted them to witness the planet's destruction.
(Gambit & The
X-Ternals I#3 - BTS) - The Starjammers brought Jubilee and her
team to the Shi'ar world where the M'Kraan crystal was kept. In an
attempt to control the crystal's ever increasing energies, D'Ken
had a planet sized contraption constructed that baffled the Terran
mutants. Deathbird planned to have the Starjammers keep the Shi'ar
imperial fleet occupied while she and the mutants went down to
take out her brother D'Ken and secure the crystal.
(Gambit & The X-Ternals I#3) - While
Gambit headed for the crystal with Deathbird and
Lila, it was up to Jubilee, Strong Guy and Sunspot
to keep D'Ken's ground forces at bay. They fought a
valiant, but ultimately unwinnable battle,
especially when Gladiator arrived on the planet with
Rictor who shook everyone up with his seismic
powers. Jubilee watched Sunspot push his powers to
the limit by absorbing the M'Kraan's energies.
(Gambit
& The X-Ternals I#3) - Faced
with no other options, she jumped into the giant
crystal. She found herself in the city in the
crystal, where the M'Kraan's guardian Jahf was
already talking to Gambit and the others. Jubilee
witnessed Gambit strike a deal and receive a shard
of the crystal. Lila was ready to teleport the team
and Rictor to Earth, but Sunspot elected to stay
behind because he had absorbed a dangerous amount of
energy and would only be a liability to them.
(Gambit & the X-Ternals
I#4 (fb) - BTS) - Moments before leaving, Gambit
covertly slipped Jubilee the crystal shard because
he suspected Rictor would immediately try and come
after him upon their return. The second they
reappeared on Earth in the Morlock tunnels, the
team split up to make it harder for Rictor to
track them down. Jubilee went with Strong Guy
while Rictor began to use his seismic powers to
affect the stability of the entire tunnel network.
(Gambit &
the X-Ternals I#4 - BTS) - Jubilee and Strong
Guy ran into Magneto's infant son Charles and
his robotic Nanny who had retreated to the
tunnels following Apocalypse's assault on the
X-Men's base. In order to prevent Magneto from
obtaining the shard, Strong Guy showed his true
colors and smashed Nanny.
(Gambit & the X-Ternals I#4) -
Terrified and furious, Jubilee grabbed Charles and made a run for
it. But she got herself lost in the massive tunnel network and
eventually ran into Guido who very
calmly forced his teammate to hand over both the child and the
crystal. Jubilee could do nothing but watch him disappear into the
darkness.
(Amazing X-Men I#4 - BTS) - Jubilee was located by Gambit, Lila Cheney
and the X-Men Dazzler and Exodus who had entered the tunnels to look
for Charles. After learning of the boy's fate, they decided to return
to Xavier's estate.
(Amazing X-Men I#4) - Jubilee watched from a distance when Rogue
almost killed Gambit after he told her one of his teammates had
abducted her son. After calming down, Rogue led Jubilee and the other
X-Men and their allies in a final attack on Apocalypse's base to free
her husband, her son and the M'Kraan crystal which they needed to
correct the timeline.
(X-Men Omega I#1) - Jubilee and the others were
teleported into the Pens underneath Apocalypse's
citadel by Blink. She helped the team fight their way to
the M'Kraan crystal where the blind seer Destiny
confirmed Bishop's claims about the need to
restore the timeline. Jubilee also heard Destiny
tell Illyana that they were both dead in the world
Bishop was trying to recreate. Jubilee then fought
to keep Apocalypse's forces, buying Bishop,
Destiny and Illyana time to enter the M'Kraan
Crystal and carry out their mission.
(X-Men: Age
of Apocalypse One-Shot I#1) - Jubilee was just
as surprised as everyone else when the atomic
bombs sent by the Eurasian Human High Council to
wipe Apocalypse and his empire off the map did
not explode. Their world had been saved and
everyone assumed it was Magneto who disarmed the
explosives (see comments).
(Rise of the Powers of X I#5) -
Jubilee was among the many
deceased mutants from countless
realities whose souls were
summoned to the White Hot Room by
Earth-616's Jean Grey to help her
and the Phoenix finally defeat the
multiverse spanning threat of
Nathaniel Essex.

The untimely death of Charles Xavier
caused the divergence point that created Earth-295. As a result,
it's a small miracle Jubilee even existed considering
Apocalypse's war on humanity was already well underway by the
time she was born.
Adding Jubilee to Gambit's team of thieves instead of making her
part of Generation Next was an inspired bit of
casting. After all, before she found herself joining the X-Men
in Australia, young Jubilation Lee survived in LA as a thieving
mall rat. Her colorful yellow, blue and purple costume isn't
exactly the sort of stealthy garb you expect a thief to wear,
but the bright palette is a nice nod to her fireworks.
Jubilee's fate after X-Men Omega remains unrevealed.
She's shown to be alive in 2005's X-Men: Age of Apocalypse
One-Shot, but while Gambit (re)joined the X-Men, she
vanished without a trace. Her presence in the White Hot Room in
Rise of the Powers of X I#5 suggests she probably met
her untimely demise at some point.
All locations mentioned are Earth-295, unless
otherwise specified.
