History:
(Bizarre Adventures I#25/1 (fb) - BTS) - Irma Klausvichnova was considered to be one of the Soviets best field operatives. In charge of instructing other operatives, she tutored the Black Widow in a half-dozen advanced areas, even forming a close bond with her. Even long after Romanova had defected from Russia she still considered Klausvichnova a remarkable woman, owing more to her than she could ever repay.
(Bizarre Adventures I#25/1 (fb) - BTS) - The Soviets placed Klausvichnova in charge of a Soviet armaments depot in South Africa.
(Bizarre Adventures I#25/1 - BTS) - Klausvichnova was killed by MI-6 Agent Prescott when he infiltrated the armaments depot, she was then replaced by SHIELD operative Stacy Cromwell who'd undergone plastic surgery to seamlessly take over Klausvichnova's roll within the depot.
Comments: Created by Ralph Macchio and Paul Gulac.
Although only appearing shortly it would be interesting to learn more about Klausvichnova's roll in Romanova's life. It's seems likely she would've been connected to the Red Room Program, even training other Black Widows.
The Bizarre Adventures I#25/1 story is a bit convoluted and really requires one to read it multiple times to understand. MI-6 and SHIELD work together to infiltrate and replace the compound director of a Soviet armaments depot in South Africa with an operative who received plastic surgery to pass for her... all while Soviet spy Raymond Bishop (posing as a SHIELD agent) tested to see where the Black Widow true alliance lies.
