(Punisher Kill Krew I#3 - BTS) - Following the death of her sister, Marjory assumed ownership of her rent-controlled property in Manhattan, which featured a rear garden.
(Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe I#5, Juggernaut's entry - BTS) - Marjory entered into marriage with atomic scientist Kurt Marko. The union produced a son, Cain Marko. Shortly after Cain's birth, Marjory and Kurt parted ways. It was agreed that Cain would live with his father.
(X-Men Unlimited I#13/2 (fb)) - Despite being separated, Marjory and Kurt brought their young son to a Halloween parade in Junction, New York. Marjory cautioned her son to stay close. Nonetheless, Cain found himself pursued and attacked by bullies but was rescued by Marie Cavendish.
(X-Men Unlimited I#12 - BTS) - Tragically, Marjory passed away when Cain was just three years old. Years later, Kurt remarried, this time to the wealthy widow Sharon Xavier.

Marjory's name was revealed in Juggernaut's profile in the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe I#5 (February, 1983).
The cause of Marjory Marko's death has been unrevealed, was she suffering from some illness, did she have an accident or was there foul play at hand, we don't know.
At a certain point in time Kurt Marko began working on the Black Womb Project alongside geneticist Dr. Nathan Milbury (secretly Mr. Sinister), Amanda Mueller, Brian Xavier, Alexander Ryking, Irene Adler, and their FBI liaison Fred Duncan from an elaborate, partially underground lab in a planned nuclear research facility in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Although not specifically stated it's likely that Marjorie Marko had already passed away at this point. This because Cain Marko was only three years when Marjorie died while Charles Xavier was significantly older when Mr. Sinister started his testing on the boy at Alamogordo. Since Charles and Cain are roughly the same age the Black Womb Project at Alamogordo would've begun after Marjory's death.
In Punisher Kill Krew I#3, Juggernaut revealed his mother had taken over his aunt's rent-controlled house in Manhattan after her death. And in turn he'd taken over the house after her death, which was destroyed during the War of the Realms when Malekith's forces invaded Manhattan.
