History:
(Avengers VIII#6 / 2 (fb) - BTS) - After her sister and only family Ines went missing following a grocery trip, Roswell, New Mexico resident Zoila Rodriguez, who had heard about alien abductions her entire life, assumed Ines had been abducted by aliens and hacked into telescope array records of finding the aliens responsible for her sister's disappearance. When she mirrored the radio waves being given off by the array, Zoila was approached by a series of alien "lights" that visited her home nightly.

(Avengers VIII#6 / 2) - Sensing the electromagnetic readings from the "alien lights," Avengers Captain America and Captain Marvel traveled to New Mexico and met with local heroine Firebird to determine what the "lights" were. Tracking the "lights" to Zoila's Roswell, New Mexico home, the Avengers met with Zoila, who willing admitted she had hacked into the telescopic array and explained how the "lights" had shown up a few days after the hacking. Upon hearing Zoila's story about the missing Ines and seeing that Zoila was living alone, Firebird nudged the "lights" back into space and offered Zoila a place in her own home. The Avengers then agreed to analyze the signal data between Zoila and the "alien lights" in hopes of determining if the "lights" had a message for Zoila regarding her sister. A tearful Zoila thanked the Avengers for their help and agreed to accompany Firebird to her home.

While one might assume that Zoila's sister Ines has the same last name of Rodriguez, there was no indication in-story of that actually being the case. We can assume Ines is older since Zoila was too young to be living by herself, suggesting Ines was at least old enough to care for Zoila, not to mention that she disappeared while going out for groceries. So Ines was at least old enough to drive and make money to buy groceries with. That being case, she could have also been old enough to have once been married with a different last name...

should be distinguished from:

"alien lights"

The "alien lights" were a series of extraterrestrial, electromagnetic disturbances that were lured to Earth near Roswell, New Mexico by radio waves mirrored by Zoila Rodriguez, who was attempting to locate her missing sister Ines. The "lights" appeared near Roswell nightly for several days, eventually drawing the attention of Avengers Captain America and Captain Marvel, as well as local heroine Firebird after Firebird encountered a local fearful of the "lights." After tracing the "lights" to the home of Zoila Rodriguez, the Avengers learned that Zoila had accidentally lured them to New Mexico and Firebird calmly gave the "lights" a nudge back into space.

--Avengers VIII#6

Ines

Ines was the sister of Zoila Rodriguez and the only family she had. Months after Ines went out for groceries and never returned, Zoila assumed she had been abducted by aliens and she hacked into a national telescope array in hopes of finding the aliens supposedly responsible.
