Earth-91609's "Spider-Man" was one of the many Spider-totems they recruited.
(Web-Warriors I#9) - "Spider-Man" and the rest of Octavia's army traveled to Earth-982 to recruit Ben Parker of Earth-3145.

Deering.
"Spider-Man"'s physical stats are based on Peter Parker of 616.
No origin was given for this trenchcoat-wearing Spider-totem. As such, we can only assume he is a counterpart of Peter Parker and that he gained his spider-powers via mutation rather than being a superhuman being such as a mutant or Inhuman. Additionally, we can only assume he has hair underneath his fedora and that it's brown due to the possibility of being a Peter Parker counterpart. He certainly has no hair on the sides of his head so it may be possible that he is bald or shaves his head. --Proto-Man
