Comments: Created by Dan Slott and Ty
Templeton.
"Spider-Man"'s physical stats are based on Peter Parker of 616.
This
character was not identified in any way in his one and only appearance.
One can presume it's a Peter Parker Spider-Man counterpart based on the
sheer number of other Spider-totems in the story but we aren't told for
sure. One can also presume that he was empowered via mutation but we
are also not given any sort of origin for the character so I suppose he
could also be empowered in some other way such as being a mutant,
Inhuman, etc. etc. --Proto-Man
