Powers/Abilities: Spinach was a self-proclaimed brilliant mixologist. Mutated by a spray created from She-Hulk's blood he possessed superhuman strength and durability due to gamma radiation.

History:
(Marvel Double Shot#1/1 (fb) - BTS) - The green-haired man somehow captured She-Hulk and used her blood to create an ingestible spray called Spinach that granted superhuman strength and durability due to the gamma radiation in her blood.
The young man (let's just call him Spinach from now on; see comments) contacted Bruce Banner and gave him a pint of She-Hulk's blood. He threatened to draw a truckload more of She-Hulk's blood if Bruce didn't cooperate with him. Bruce agreed to work with him and Spinach allowed him to call Betty Ross and give She-Hulk's location to her. As soon as Betty knew that She-Hulk was safe she called her father Thaddeus Ross to help find Banner.
(Marvel Double Shot#1/1) - Driving through the desert Spinach had Banner in the back of his truck when he was stopped by the local authorities. He had to step out of his car and used the spray to power himself up. He beat up the sherriffs, but got shot in the back. Spinach decided to swallow the whole spray bottle to get even more powerful. Banner got mad when he realized that Spinach only wanted his blood and turned into Hulk, who broke the truck apart. Spinach pulled the bullet out of his shoulder and tried to fight the Hulk, but even with his current powers he was no match for the Hulk and was beaten up and even got a police car tossed at him before he was beaten up some more by the Hulk. The Hulk was gone when Ross and the army arrived. Spinach still hoped to make a fortune with the spray, but Ross foiled his plan and had all the evidence burnt by his men. The evidence apparently included Spinach himself.

The man was never referred to by name in the story, but was referred to as Spinach in an entry for Gamma Mutates in the handbooks.
A pint in this case is around 473ml because this is America and not the UK where people actually receive 568ml if they order a pint.
A mixologist is an expert on understanding how flavors complement or contrast with one another. It is a more sophisticated name for a bartender.
Spinach apparently believed himself to be some kind of mixologist with blood!
