Powers/Abilities: The "Superior Spider-Ma'am" presumably had the same powers as Spider-Ma'am of Earth-3123 including superhuman strength, agility, the ability to cling to solid surfaces and a danger-warning Spider-Sense.

    She wears a set of mechanical web-shooters on her wrists that are capable of projecting chemical webbing.

History:
(Spider-Verse III#2) - Earth-19203's "Superior Spider-Ma'am" was among the Multiversal counterparts of Earth-3123's Spider-Ma'am who helped open an interdimensional portal to defeat the insane May Parker of Earth-20143 by firing a line of webbing at the same spot as numerous other May counterparts. Since the May Parker counterparts were unable to communicate with each other across their realities, they all chose the heart logo of Sweetheart's Cafe, as it reminded them of their love for their family and the combined focused shock across multiple realities opened a portal that banished Earth-20143's May back to her own reality.

    Since she's wearing the Superior Spider-Man suit, I went with the "Superior Spider-Ma'am" codename.
   
    It is unrevealed if she was possessed by mind of Otto Octavius. 

    "Superior Spider-Ma'am"'s physical stats are based on May Parker of Earth-616.

    "Superior Spider-Ma'am"'s origin was never given so we can only assume she was some sort of mutate...It's equally possible she was a mutant or Inhuman or gained her powers in some other way...--Proto-Man

    The only image of "Superior Spider-Ma'am" was tinted in a pinkish hue but it seems likely her costume was red and blue, much like that of her Earth-3123 counterpart...  --Proto-Man
