Marvel characters
are listed in regular, bold black type.
DC characters are listed in bold blue type.
Amalgam characters are listed in bold purple type.

To clarify, Amalgam Comics didn't really exist beyond those seen in the few DC/Marvel cross-overs. The titles you don't recognize are amalgams of similar Marvel and DC comics--Snood.

In case it's not obvious, Supermanta is an amalgamation of Marvel's Namor the Sub-Mariner (Namor McKenzie) and DC's Superman (Kal-El).

Supermanta is the product of an article in Wizard: The Guide to Comics I#71 in which the staff of the magazine came up with their own ideas for amalgamated characters.

While we did see a Kryptonian, the only one we did see was Supermanta, the only image of which is the main image here. Hence, I did not rehash the same image for use below in the Kryptonians subprofile.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Reality-79733's Supermanta
should be distinguished from:

Atlantis

Atlantis was an underwater Earth continent that the infant Kryptonian Namor-El crashed into after he was rocketed from his home planet. Atlantis' king and queen found the infant and adopted him, raising him as one of the royal family until Namor-El reached adulthood, at which point Namor-El opted to become a liaison between Atlantis and the surface world.

Krypton

Krypton was the doomed extraterrestrial planet on which Namor-El was born.

Kryptonians

The Kryptonians were an aquatic alien race native to the planet Krypton. Before the planet Krypton met its doom, the infant Kryptonian Namor-El was rocketed from Krypton and he crashed onto Earth in the underwater continent of Atlantis. Adopted and raised by the royal family there, Namor-El ultimately grew up to become the liaison between Atlantis and surface world, using his Kryptonian powers as an ecological warrior.
