History:
(House of X#1 - BTS) - Natalia Vollock was a senior operator for Red Sky.
(House of X#1 (fb) - BTS) - When Charles Xavier and Magneto established the sovereign mutant island nation of Krakoa, Xavier delivered a telepathic message to the world, offering life-changing drugs in exchange for recognition of their nation. Although the Russian government had no intention of ever recognizing Krakoa as a nation they planted Vollock as a member of the United Nations Security Council to get a better assessment of the current situation. As such Vollock joined the ambassador entourage to Krakoa's Jerusalem Habitat.
(House of X#1) - Vollock arrived at the Jerusalem Habitat along with five other ambassadors; the French Jean Pierre Kol, American Reilly Marshall, Chinese Ma Mingyu, British Walter Reppion and an unidentified Israeli ambassador. Most, however, weren't real ambassadors but send to spy and determine the validity of Krakoa for their respective governments. When the group met, Vollock shared she would've settled for a good night' sleep but didn't see that happening. The group was welcomed by Sophie and Esmee Cuckoo and Krakoa's founder, Magneto who took the ambassadors on a tour through Krakoa's biomes with the exclusion of Krakoa itself as no human was welcome on the island.
Vollock and the others were unaware the telepathic Sophie Cuckoo had breached their telepathic shields and learned of the ambassadors true goals. And at the end of the tour Magneto and Sophie revealed those secrets. After an altercation with Reilly Marshall, Magneto explained they were the new gods now. Vollock and the others then presumably returned home to inform their governments of what had transpired.
(House of X#5 (fb) - BTS) - When the United Nations security council voted on wether Krakoa would be allowed into the UN, Ambassador Natalia Vollock abstained from voting while many believed she would be voting against them. She was presumably swayed by Emma Frost's telepathic actions.
(House of X#5) - Natalia Vollock was present at the United Nations building when Charles Xavier, Beast and Emma Frost celebrated Krakoa's win as their sovereign mutant nation-state was established.
(House of X#5 - BTS) - Russia voted against a trade deal with Krakoa.
(Marauders I#7 - BTS) - Natalia Vollock met with Madripoor ruling body, Homines Verendi, to discuss the possibility of working together to acquire intelligence on Krakoa.
(Marauders I#7) - In their Verendi House on Madripoor, Vollock was shown footage of a conversation between Krakoa's Pyro and Bishop as Homines Verendi had planted a spy (Yellowjacket/Darren Cross) inside of Pyro. Intrigued, Vollock noted that the Russian government would pay handsomely for their intel. Verendi's White Queen (Wilhelmina Kensington) proposed an exchange; their intelligence for Russia's power-dampening technology. Determined their power-dampening technology would soon fit in a sidearm, Vollock concluded she would be in touch.
(Marauders I#21) - Vollock was one of the many guests invited to attended Krakoa's first annual Hellfire Gala where she arrived alongside Madriporian Ambassador Donald Pierce and Reuben Brousseau, Ambassador to the United Kingdom. When the festivities commenced Vollock sought out Brousseau, hoping to introduce him to her friends from the Verendi government in Madripoor. As such Vollock was seen discussing Krakoan events with Brousseau and Chen Zhao after which Brousseau offered to introduce Vollock to other like-minded ambassadors. Krakoa, however kept their biggest secret to the end of the night when they showed how mutantkind terraformed Mars using only mutant powers and rechristening it Planet Arakko. Shaken like most, Vollock set out to leave Krakoa and immediately alerted the Central Column that she was coming in.
(Marauders I#26) - Vollock was present at a United Nations gathering when UK ambassador Reuben Brousseau expressed his concern at Krakoa's absent seat at the UN. However, even before Brousseau could finish his sentence, Krakoa's first UN ambassador arrived, former Black Bishop of the Hellfire Club, Harry Leland.
Comments: Created by Jonathan Hickman and Pepe Larraz.
The Russian power-dampening technology Wilhelmina Kensington talked about is seen in Marauders I#1, where a man named Phobos was seen wearing the power-dampening suit. It's been unrevealed if this Phobos has any connection to 80s Hulk character, the Russian Professor Piotr Phobos. Although it would be a nice nod to continuity if they are related.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Natalia Vollock has no known connections to
As of yet nothing is known about the Red Sky other than that Natalia Vollock is a senior operator and as such works for the Russian government. The Red Sky seems particularly interested in the development of mutantkind under the banner of the Krakoan nation.
