Powers/Abilities: Aries wore the horns of a ram on his head which he could use to ram opponents. He also had a knack for explosives.

History: (Iron Man I#184 (fb) - BTS) - The background of this Aries prior to joining the Zodiac Cartel is not known, but he had a friendly history with Cornelius Van Lunt. Possibly, Van Lunt appointed him to the role, as he had done with his predecessor.

(Iron Man I#184) - Aries participated in a viewscreen-only meeting with the other 11 Zodiac members, during which Taurus explained his intent to destroy Iron Man with a bomb to prevent him from investigating the cartels. When Taurus failed, he contacted Aries and asked for his assistance. Aries felt that he owed Van Lunt, and agreed to help by destroying a moving van being driven by James Rhodes and his friends, known to be friends of Iron Man.

Aries set up magnesium strips on the highway in front of the truck that would destroy it when it ran over them, but Iron Man sighted him from the air. Aries turned on the strips in an attempt to destroy Iron Man, but he was immune to the flames. Aries flung his ram horns at Iron Man, knocking himself out. He then turned Aries over to a highway patrolman.

(West Coast Avengers II#26) - Aries attended a meeting of the Zodiac cartel in Houston, Texas, in which they discussed the threat the LMD Zodiac posed to them. Before they could come to any conclusions, they learned that an LMD of Jake Fury had replaced their Scorpio, and he let in his LMD Zodiac to destroy them. Aries was slain by the LMDS.

Aries was mistakenly colored with white skin in West Coast Avengers II#26 (unless the one from Iron Man I#184 was kicked out and replaced behind-the-scenes).

His real name was revealed in Zodiac's profile in OHotMU A-Z HC#14.
