History: (Deadpool Team-Up#1 (fb, BTS))- After the war the man who would be known as "the Boss" was on the brink of starvation, but with the help of Shigeru's father, built up a powerful criminal organization. Shigeru's father went on to make mistakes that cost the organization money and lives, including Shigeru's father himself. Having loved Shigeru's father like a brother, Boss sent Shigeru to live in Hawaii and kept him in menial positions so that others in the organization would not be jealous of Boss's plans to make him an important part of the organization.)
(Deadpool Team-Up#1 (fb))- Over the years Boss employed an Oyakata (a sumo wrestling coach) as a hitman on numerous occasions. Just in case he needed it, Boss hired a mercenary to infiltrate the Oyakata's heya (his stable of fighters) and await further orders. When, nearly three years later, Boss sent the order that the merc kill the Oyakata, the merc had grown too attached to the heya and left without completing his mission.
When Shigeru came to Boss with blood samples from Deadpool (actually that same mercenary from before, but with his powers), Boss had his scientist create a clone, resulting in Widdle Wade. Pleased with this, Boss made Shigeru his right-hand man. When Boss called off the killing of the Oyakata, the clone was displeased and killed Shigeru.
(Deadpool Team-Up#1)- Boss flew to the Hellhouse in Chicago and personally hired Deadpool to come to Japan. He supplied him with the identity of Officer Takehiko Adachi to allow him access to any place he should need to go. Boss showed him a picture of the Oyakata and told him to protect him, but would not answer questions about the assassin.
Later, Boss was suprised when Daruma turned up on his yacht and even more surprised when Deadpool showed up. Deadpool killed Boss, wanting to put an end to unfinished business.

CLARIFICATIONS: Shigeru's unnamed weird scientist was in charge of a laboratory filled with scientists and advanced technology in Kobe, Japan. When Boss brought him a sample of Deadpool's blood the scientist was able to not only clone, but improve upon the genetic sample in the creation of Widdle Wade. Using electro-shock therapy they were able to focus the little clone's anger towards Oyakata. This lab was likely also involved in the creation of Widdle Wade's dog, Daruma.
