Powers/Abilities: The General wasn't mentioned to have any superhuman abilities, but he likely had some military expertise and the resources of a mob boss.

History: (Wolverine II#164) - The General, a former KGB officer who had become the head of a mob organization and had a reputation for being ruthless, not only to his enemies but to anyone close to his enemies, was a prisoner in the Cage when Wolverine and the Beast became inmates. In the prison the General had the Red Ghost and his Super Apes as his protectors.

(Wolverine II#170 - BTS) - From his cell, the General hired Omega Red to assassinate Nikolai Vernoff, who had been dealing drugs in his territory.
