Powers/Abilities: Rainey is a master of disguise and a skilled actor. His major weakness would be his sweet tooth (but who can resist those fruit pies!!!???).
History:
("Daredevil's Dare-Double" (fb) - BTS) - Ron Rainey earned a name for himself as
a movie actor skilled at altering his appearance for a variety of roles, earning
him the name of "The Man With 999 Faces." Eventually he retired from the silver
screen.
("Daredevil's Dare-Double") - Seeking to use his disguise skills for criminal gain, Rainey impersonated Daredevil so he could steal anything he wanted while the real Daredevil would be blamed.
("Daredevil's Dare-Double" (fb)) - As Daredevil, Rainey stole millions in two weeks.
("Daredevil's Dare-Double") - Correctly figuring that the Daredevil imposter wouldn't be able to resist Hostess Fruit Pies, Matt Murdock planted a large basket of them in front of his workplace, Storefront Legal Services. When the imposter showed up and tried to make off with them, the real Daredevil arrived, unmasked him, and took him in.

Of all the Hostess villains, only Icemaster has shown up in an Earth-616 title. He could have crossed over to Earth-616 from "Earth-Hostess," but I say leave them on Earth-616 until proven otherwise. Nonetheless, until they do show up in regular continuity, they remain outside regular canon. Surely someone will write a story teaming them all together.---Snood.
This is not true anymore as some Hostess ad villains were mentioned in the Fantastic Four Encyclopedia as natives of Earth-616. And lets not forget about Printout Man in the New Avengers Most Wanted Files.
