Powers/Abilities: The Monstrobot was an immense robot, standing several stories high. It was designed to function underwater to guard the shores of Mordillo Island. It possessed superhuman strength, and was programmed to consider intruders "fish" to be eaten. Its voice was provided by a tape recorder located in its mouth.
History: (Master of Kung Fu I#74)- As Shang-Chi, Leiko Wu, Black Jack Tarr and Shockwave attempted to flee from Mordillo Island by swimming away from their pursuers, Brynocki summoned up the Monstrobot to kill them.
(Master of Kung Fu I#75)- The Monstrobot grabbed Shang-Chi in its right hand, and flicked Shockwave away when he tried to save Shang, knocking Shockwave's faceplate off. By relaxing his body's muscles, Shang-Chi was able to swim free of the Monstrobot's grasp, then flung both of his legs into its left eye, delivering a blow that brought it down. He then stole a tape recorder from its mouth, and used the recorder to tape Shockwave's confession of MI-6's plot to kill them.

A real monster that looked exactly like the Monstrobot was seen in Claws#3 (December, 2006). It was a monster Arcade called Frisbee. He bought it from Atlantis and used it as a guard dog to Mordillo Island. What a coincidence! by
