Powers/Abilities: Mike has no superhuman powers, but he seems to be a pretty bright guy and is a skilled artist.

History: (Slapstick#1)- Mike tried to hang out with Steve, but Steve was in a hurry. Later, Mike was among the victims of the Clowns from Dimension X's kidnapping plot at the carnival. Along with the rest, Steve was saved by Slapstick. Recognizing Slapstick as his best friend, he realized that he'd just had an origin and helped him think of a superhero name.

(Slapstick#2)- Mike went to the mall with Steve and other friends.

(Slapstick#3)- When Steve bragged to Mike that Barb Halsey was in love with Slapstick, Mike pointed out that it wouldn't do him any good, since Slapstick had no, you know, organs.

(Slapstick#4)- Mike started working on a comic about Slapstick, hoping that he and Steve could make money off of it. Later he went with Steve and Syd to see a concert in New York and, when they witnessed a series of explosions, he tried to convince Steve to become Slapstick and investigate.

(Marvel Comics Presents#159/4)- Working on a school project, Mike took Steve with him to the Museum of National History in Manhattan. Their visit was interrupted by Dr. Yesterday.

(Marvel Comics Presents#160/4)- While their superpowered friends encountered various time-displaced threats, Mike and Mike Jefferies tried to find a way to help.

(Marvel Comics Presents#161/1)- The two Mikes met Abraham Lincoln, who told them he was happy boys of two different colors could be friends. They realized that with the heroes busy dealing with the theats, they had to come up with a solution. They were then confronted by Devil Dinosaur and Moon Boy.

(Marvel Comics Presents#162/2)- As Slapstick fought Yesterday's time-displaced warriors, the Mikes ran, hoping to find Turbo, but they were captured by the villain.

(Marvel Comics Presents#163)- Mike and all the others were saved when Dr. Yesterday set things right again.
