Powers/Abilities/Functions: It was a hand puppet Mojo used as an advisor to express his true feelings about ideas he didn't like.
It was needed to counteract the ever affirming Yes Men.

History: (Marvel Comics Presents I#89/4) - Mojo pulled out Mr. Biggles when the Yes Men liked Minor Domo's idea for a documentary and they were afraid of Mr. Biggles opinion. Mr. Biggles thought that the idea was stupid and that everyone who liked it should be zapped. The Yes Men ran away, but Mojo changed his opinion and zapped the hand puppet instead. With the hand puppet destroyed Mojo started his new project for a documentary.
