History:
(X-Statix I#7 (fb) - BTS) - During her law school days, student Sharon Ginsberg kept her mutant bat-like wings hidden, making it hard to make friends.

(X-Men: Earth's Mutant Heroes - Sharon Ginsberg entry - BTS) - Sharon obtained her JD in law.

(X-Statix I#2 (fb) - BTS) - Some time after becoming an attorney, Sharon took a job for the talent agency Solomon O'Sullivan Enterprises advising Solomon O'Sullivan in his fight to keep his contractee Venus Dee Milo from joining the celebrity mutant group X-Statix.

(X-Statix I#2) - Sharon Ginsberg forced her way into X-Statix Headquarters and presented X-Statix owner Spike Freeman with a court order on the behalf of Solomon O'Sullivan forbidding Venus Dee Milo from joining X-Statix.

(X-Statix I#3) - Sharon Ginsberg then introduced herself and announced her authorization on behalf of Solomon O'Sullivan Enterprises to extend membership in Solomon's O-Force to Venus Dee Milo. When Venus argued that she was already on X-Statix, Ginsberg presented Spike Freeman with a copy of Venus Dee Milo's contract with Solomon O'Sullivan that Venus had signed in her younger days. Ginsberg then warned that if Venus Dee Milo did anything remotely considered participating with X-Statix, she would personally make sure Venus would be begging on the streets within a month.  X-Statix team leader Mister Sensitive responded by tearing up the contract but a smiling Ginsberg informed Mister Sensitive that he had only tore up a copy and announced her plans to see him in court.

(X-Statix I#7 (fb) - BTS) - Larry, the man who operated the satellite tracking system utilized by X-Statix, became infatuated with Sharon Ginsberg after she used her mutant wings in a way that pleased him.

(X-Statix I#4) - When Venus Dee Milo later teleported Spike Freeman into Solomon O'Sullivan's offices, Sharon Ginsberg immediately into contractual arguments with Mr. Freeman, claiming Venus was in direct breach of her contract with O'Sullivan. Freeman argued with Ginsberg for a few moments before sidestepping Ginsberg to speak with Solomon O'Sullivan directly, pointing out that Venus was needed to help keep O'Sullivan's O-Force team from getting slaughtered by reality-altering mutant Arnie Lundberg in Minnesota. Worried about O-Force and the increasingly confusing messages appearing on his skin due to his mutant power, O'Sullivan was eventually convinced to sign a contract overriding his own with Venus, allowing her to work for and join X-Statix despite warnings from Sharon Ginsberg, who called O'Sullivan a loser. After X-Statix went into battle against Arnie, Sharon Ginsberg departed Solomon's offices and witnessed Solomon O'Sullivan get attacked by a mob angry about O-Force's public destruction by Arnie.

(X-Statix I#9 (fb) - BTS) - Thinking about X-Statix and their ability to be happy and at peace with their mutant powers, Sharon Ginsberg reluctantly decided to reveal her mutant powers in public.

(X-Statix I#4) - Sharon Ginsberg freed her wings and rescued Solomon O'Sullivan from the mob. As the two flew off, Sharon revealed her plans to bring down X-Statix and warned that if Solomon didn't agree to help her, she would drop him. Fearing for his life, O'Sullivan agreed to help Ginsberg take down X-Statix.

(X-Statix I#6) - While the world was deciding whether they liked Mister Sensitive as a good Guy Smith or a bad Guy Smith, Sharon Ginsberg and Solomon O'Sullivan watched the public discussion on the Lacuna & the Stars television talk show. When O'Sullivan commented that the public would finish Mister Sensitive and noted that X-Statix seemed to be falling apart without them even having to lift a finger, Sharon suggested they could speed up the process. O'Sullivan responded by asking what Sharon had in mind but Sharon tabled the discussion for another time in favor of another bedroom romp with O'Sullivan, who wasn't sure he had the energy so soon after their last rendezvous. A flirty Sharon suggested that anything could be possible since O'Sullivan was a mutant.

(X-Statix I#7) - After the appearance of Bad Guy, a villain the world thought was secretly Guy Smith, Sharon plotted with Solomon O'Sullivan against X-Statix under this mistaken assumption. When O'Sullivan began expressed concern for the confusing messages appearing on his skin, Sharon sarcastically suggested O'Sullivan was suffering from male menopause before apologizing and explained her sarcasm as a response to O'Sullivan obsession with his skin. Sharon then reiterated her plans to join forces with Bad Guy to destroy X-Statix. When asked how she would manage such a feat, Sharon explained how she would take advantage of Larry, an X-Statix associate who was infatuated with her, to get a head start on Bad Guy before X-Statix could confront him. O'Sullivan then asked why Larry was infatuated with Sharon and she began to tell O'Sullivan what she did to Larry using her wings but O'Sullivan quickly announced that he'd heard enough of the story. Later, after successfully informed of Bad Guy's whereabouts from Larry, Sharon Ginsberg met Bad Guy and, still thinking he was Guy Smith, proposed her deal of working together. Bad Guy answered by ripping off Sharon's wings and leaving her bleeding out in an alley.

(X-Statix I#8) - As X-Statix relaxed poolside following the destruction of Bad Guy, Solomon O'Sullivan arrived at their headquarters carrying the unconscious body of Sharon Ginsberg. X-Statix's Dr. Brian Swaine, the X-Men's Professor X and their medical team rushed Sharon onto a gurney and wheeled her away. When O'Sullivan asked about Sharon's wings, Dr. Swaine suggested they focus on saving her life first. O'Sullivan solemnly thanked Mister Sensitive for helping Sharon and Mister Sensitive promised Sharon was in good hands.

(X-Statix I#9 (fb) - BTS) - Professor X and his medical team operated on Sharon Ginsberg throughout the night and even attempted to re-graft her wings back on but they ultimately decided to stop attempts to reattach the wings rather than continue to risk Sharon's life.

(X-Statix I#9) - While recovering, Sharon Ginsberg awoke to find her wings gone. Solomon O'Sullivan explained how Professor X had saved her life after operating on her throughout the night. Sharon weakly asked about her wings but O'Sullivan informed her that her wings couldn't be saved. Sharon insisted she could still feel her wings and when O'Sullivan explained how she was feeling "phantom wings" and how attempts to reattach the wings were abandoned in favor of saving her life, Sharon blamed X-Statix for her condition. O'Sullivan then explained how X-Statix had helped her and how he had forgiven them for any past perceived transgressions but Sharon admitted she had not forgiven them, only to discover that she was restrained to her bed. O'Sullivan informed Sharon that she was restrained due to potential psychological fallout from her experiences and that her instability might manifest itself in harmful ways. Breaking free of her restraints despite Solomon O'Sullivan's warnings, the psychological unstable and angry Sharon Ginsberg manifested razor-sharp claws on her fingertips and plunged them into O'Sullivan, killing him before escaping from the hospital.

Desiring revenge on X-Statix, Sharon made her way to the set of the X-Statix movie, where she encountered Lennox Capriati and several other actors on the film. Her unhinged mind thinking the actors were the real X-Statix, Sharon announced her plans to destroy X-Statix and when the actor playing the Anarchist asked Sharon about her bleeding back, she hurled the actor through the trailer of Rimi Withnail, drawing the attention of the real Mister Sensitive, who was meeting with Withnail. Sharon then killed Lennox Capriati and the actor playing Vivisector before Mister Sensitive arrived on the scene, rescuing the actor playing him. Shocked at the state of Sharon Ginsberg, Mister Sensitive asked what had happened to her and the insane Sharon claimed X-Statix had caused her current situation by making her feel like she didn't have to hide her powers.

(X-Statix I#9/X-Statix I#11 (fb)) - Hurling Mister Sensitive aside, Sharon went in for the kill, only to be hit from behind by another movie actor, the mutant el Guapo, who had flown his flying skateboard into Sharon, knocking her out and apprehending her.

(X-Statix I#9) - Mister Sensitive later related the story of Sharon Ginsberg's attack and his rescue at the hands of el Guapo to the rest of X-Statix, where he nominated el Guapo for X-Statix membership.

(X-Statix I#11 - BTS) - X-Statix viewed footage of el Guapo apprehending Sharon Ginsberg as they discussed recruiting el Guapo onto the team.

(X-Men: Earth's Mutant Heroes - Sharon Ginsberg entry - BTS) - Sharon Ginsberg possibly earned a criminal record following her attack on the X-Statix movie set.
