Powers/Abilities: Yannroth is a charismatic leader, but has demonstrated no unusual abilities.

History: (The Shroud#2 (fb))- Yannroth became the high lama of the Cult of Kâli, and under his influence, the cult became corrupt. He brought Dalindra over to his side, making her into the assassin Kâli. Yannroth made a deal with the New York criminal Lassiter, offering the services of the cult's assassins in exchange for $2 million.

(The Shroud#2)- After learning that the Shroud had been investigating Lassiter's dealings, Yannroth informed him that he would employ Kâli to take care of him.

(The Shroud#3)- Yannroth and Kâli went to meet with Lassiter, incorrectly believing that Lassiter had involved the Shroud himself. After learning their error, Yannroth offered Lassiter a chance to redeem himself by bringing him the Shroud.

(The Shroud#4)- Yannroth held a meeting with Lassiter to receive Garrick King, a criminal believed to be an ally of the Shroud. When King unmasked one of Yannroth's priests as the Shroud in disguise, Yannroth sent Kâli to kill him, but the Shroud was able to defeat her. Yannroth's deal with Lassiter was broken off after learning that the money Lassiter had was counterfeit, and he had his men shoot Lassiter dead.
