Powers/Abilities: Captain Andre was a forceful leader, compared to Captain Sam Sawyer by the Howlers. He wielded a machine gun.

History: (Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos#30) - Captain Andre was an RCAF officer whose plane was downed in Italy, resulting in him being held at a prison camp, where he was ranking officer.

When the Howling Commandos were sent to the camp, Andre immediately began to clash with Sgt. Fury over their escape plans. Andre had been working on an escape plan that he wanted the Howlers to assist in, but Fury wanted to make his own plans. Ultimately the Howlers were the ones to set off the escape attempt, and they released Andre and the other prisoners to help overcome the guards. With the camp conquered, Fury had to continue with the Howling Commandos' own mission. Andre informed him that he and the other prisoners would help distract the Italians from the Howlers as they made their way back to Allied territory. Fury refused to accept any favors, but Andre reminded him that he outranked him. Fury and the Howlers saw Andre off as he and the other prisoners set off across occupied territory.
