Powers/Abilities: He went through all the training a Colonel for the Japanese Self Defense Forces needed.
The armor gave Okada the ability of flight and most likely many other unknown features.
History:
(Marvel Fanfare I#44 (fb) - BTS) - As Colonel of the Japan Self Defense Force and wearer of a battle-suit he was invited to the first International Symposium on Robotics in Latveria.
(Marvel Fanfare I#44) - He was present at the first International Symposium on Robotics in Doomstadt, Latveria. He flew above Iron Man, Rhodes and Ant-Man when they landed in Doomstadt and was later introduced to Iron Man by Avro-X. When Avro-X and Saberbat crashed into each other he immediately came to Iron Man's aid to ask if they were okay. After that he was presumably infected with Doom's computer virus like everyone else that met Iron Man, who was used as a carrier for the virus by Doom. Later the virus was destroyed and Okada's armor worked again.
