Powers/Abilities: The Dorcas Robot possessed incredible scientific prowess and the ability to operate in both air and water.  The robot had two Doctor-Octopus-like tentacles and super-strength.

History: (Namor I#43 (fb)) - After Doctor Dorcas was killed in battle, some of his programmed Octo-Meks achieved slight sentience and decided to rebuild a new Octo-Mek in the form of Doctor Dorcas.  They programmed the robot to think that it was Dorcas reborn, made it look human (with plastic flesh), and made it believe it loved Diane Arliss.  The Dorcas robot claimed Dorcas's undersea lab for its own and built a new Morphotron, planning on using the machine to mutate Diane into an undersea creature.  It researched all of Dorcas's enemies and equipped its body to be able to withstand their attacks.  It also contacted Orka and 'revived' him, giving him greater size and strength at the expense of making Orka dumber. 

(Namor I#42 (fb)) - The Dorcas Robot's experiments mutated several sea turtles and eels around the base, making them carnivorous.

(Namor I#42 (fb)) - While Stingray vacationed on a yacht with his wife, Diane, and their kids, Tommy and Lisa, the Dorcas robot attacked them, boarding from the ocean floor.  He grabbed Diane with a tentacle and knocked Tommy aside.  He then dove with her into the water, disappearing.

(Namor I#42) - Namor and Stingray arrived to rescue Diane and defeated mutated eels and turtles that surrounded Dorcas's base.  They attacked the Dorcas Robot, who shrugged off Stingray's blast and attacked Namor with his tentacles.  After battling for a time, Namor began to triumph over the Robot, but Orka soon attacked the heroes.

(Namor I#43) - While Orka battled Namor, Stingray attacked the Robot, who shrugged off another blast.  The Dorcas Robot revealed that it hated Stingray and wanted to make Diane its undersea wife.  The Robot coerced Stingray to help defeat Namor by threatening Diane, then Stingray fled.  Dorcas had Orka load Namor into the Morphotron and then proceeded to mutate Diane.  The Robot vowed to Orka that they would turn their attacks upon Atlantis soon.  When Stingray attacked anew, he successfully freed Namor, who then toppled Orka onto the Robot, crushing it beyond repair.
