Powers/Abilities: His skills as a physician allowed him to treat all kinds of injuries.

History:
(Deadline#2 (fb) - BTS) - Dr. Pow's practice in Chinatown was a well known place among criminals. He could help with bullet wounds, broken arms and many other injuries.

(Deadline#2) - Pow removed one of Hawkeye's arrows from Batroc's leg when Kat Farrell entered. Kat disposed the arrow for Dr. Pow in the receptacle to her left and asked him if he patched up Judge Michael Hart. He declined his involvement and gave her a tip that led her to the Tinkerer. He then told her the famous tale about a fox who killed all the chickens of the farmer who killed his lady fox. After the story was finished he warned Kat not to cross the path of the angry spirit that was loose in the city.

The story Dr. Pow told Kat Farrell sounds familiar, but I don't know the source. Perhaps somebody else knows more about this vengeance driven story about a fox.

Oddjob, the character Eightball is a fan of, was played by Harold Sakata in the James Bond movie Goldfinger which was based on Ian Fleming's novel by the same name.

He was the bodyguard of Dr. Pow. He protected the backdoor to Pow's practice in Chinatown. He was a big fan of Oddjob and let Kat in because she brought him a hat like the one Oddjob wore. They talked about Eightball's fixation on Oddjob while he led Kat to Dr. Pow.
