This Earth's divergent point would be at the point where the villains decided
to switch heroes to fight, perhaps sometime around the "Acts of Vengeance"
storyline?
Clarifications:
Earth-All the Big Super-Villains Switched Super Heroes to Fight should not be confused with:
CAPTAIN AMERICA
Captain America was the same as his Earth-616 counterpart up until Doctor Octopus switched from fighting Spider-Man to fighting Captain America. During the battle that ensued between Captain America and Doc Ock, Cap was killed.
--Wha...Huh?
DAREDEVIL
Daredevil was the same as his Earth-616 counterpart until Doctor Doom began to focus his attention on him. Unable to stand up to Doctor Doom alone, Daredevil was killed with barely a yawn from Doom.
--Wha...Huh?
PUNISHER
Punisher was the same as his Earth-616 counterpart up until the Leader killed him with a blast to the chest.
--Wha...Huh?
SPIDER-MAN
Spider-Man was exactly like his Earth-616 counterpart up until Galactus focused his attention to him. Spider-Man was quickly crushed under the foot of Galactus while trying to fight him alone.
