Powers/Abilities: He possessed the normal abilities of a Skrull. As a Major he was trained in armed combat and possessed average leadership skills often corrupted by his own arrogance.

(Force Works#13) - Algol led a War-Crimes Tribunal mission to Earth where the Starstealth should've been handed over to them. He teleported down to Earth with a few Skrull warriors and two Quo Modari to meet with Black Widow in the Vault and got angry when his scanners showed him that some of the Kree war-criminals had escaped. Algol was verbally attacked by members of Force Works because they wanted Starstealth to stand trial on Earth and Algol told everyone that he wanted the war-criminals in his custody within six hours or else he would hunt them down with his own troops.

(Force Works#14) - Algol returned with his warriors, the Quo Modari ,and members of the Avengers and Force Works to the Skrull Tribunal Ship. There he showed Giant Man and Century the Recorder corrupted by Starstealth, and a Rigellian delegate asked Algol for permission to send his people the facts about the Recorder's corruption. Algol gave the permission and shortly after that contacted his men to ask if they had located the Kree. They had, and Algol ordered to assemble his strike-elite at the spaceship's teleporter. He joined them there and teleported with them to Earth to the location where Starstealth fought members of the Avengers and Force Works. Algol ordered his men to attack, but before they could approach their enemies, one of them had already been already killed and the Kree had teleported away. Algol ordered to contact their spaceship, but it wasn't answering anymore because it was now under the evil Recorder's control. Hokk Algol returned to the spaceship after the Recorder and Starstealth were defeated by Force Works and the Avengers. He felt humiliated, but in the end Force Works leader Scarlet Witch decided that Starstealth should be brought to trial in front of the War-Crimes Tribunal and Algol had reached his goal.

(Skrulls!) - Chancellor Kal'Du researched Hokk Algol's activities for Queen Veranke and considered his actions a failure.
