Powers/Abilities: Jordan Holiday was an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., and therefore had access to their advanced technology.

History: (X-Force I#80) - After X-Force's battle with Reignfire in Las Vegas, agent Holiday appeared to collect Reignfire's remains and place them into S.H.I.E.L.D. custody. He also claimed Reignfire's creator, Dr. Segismund Joshua. He allowed X-Force to walk because Moonstar was a fellow S.H.I.E.L.D.

(X-Force I#96 (fb) - BTS) - Holiday turned Reignfire and Dr. Joshua back over to the Damocles Foundation.

(X-Force I#96) - Selene, Black Queen of the Hellfire Club, captured Holiday and tortured him in her hotel until he told her who he really worked for: the Damocles Foundation.
